The company Blivo Marketing & Consulting SRL, with its registered office in Bucharest, bvd. Decebal, no. 12, Camera 1, bl.F5, sc.1, et. 5, ap. 15, Sector 3, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Court under no. J40/1809/2021, with CUI 43667130, as a personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Controller”), fully complies with the legal provisions in force regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. We undertake to process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR), as well as with any other legislation applicable on the territory of Romania.

The Company owns the “www.blivo.ro” platform, so all the information contained in this material is related and valid in relation to the activity on the “www.blivo.ro” platform, hereinafter referred to as blivo.ro or the site.

Since we are concerned about the protection of your personal data, the Blivo team pays special attention to their confidentiality.

We inform you that, currently, the Company is taking measures to update the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) so that the processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the new General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union, applicable starting from May 25, 2018.

By updating the Policy, the Company aims to provide greater transparency on the procedure for processing personal data, to inform about the purpose of the processing, as well as the rights of each person regarding our processing of personal data.

For an easy understanding and reading of the Policy, we will explain below the purpose of processing personal data, what kind of data our company processes, as well as the rights that each person can exercise within the processing.

We may transmit the personal data you provide to affiliated companies and/or to other partners and collaborators with whom we have established contractual relationships in order to carry out our activities and fulfill our legal obligations. The purpose for which we process personal data

The company processes personal data (online or in person) for the purpose of requesting offers, for the purpose of purchasing services or products made available by our company, in order to be able to answer your questions regarding our services and products, as well as for marketing purposes, to send you communications regarding our products, personalized offers, invitations to events, etc.

What kind of personal data do we process

The personal data we process are: name, surname, email address, IP.

We also provide you with a special section on the site dedicated to providing testimonials, namely written materials accompanied or not by the photo that you personally upload to the site or through affiliated social media sites or audio or video materials in which you can present your experience in relation to the services on the site and which can be used by the Operator for the purpose of advertising, marketing and publicity services of the site, including by publishing on this site, but also on other promotion channels.

The company ensures appropriate technical and legal measures to ensure effective protection of personal data belonging to the persons who provide us with such data.

We are committed to keeping your personal data safe and take reasonable measures in this regard, including against unauthorized access, unauthorized use of data, destruction, loss or alteration.

We systematically train our employees on the importance of protecting personal data, we have established internal procedures in this regard and, in addition, we make every effort to ensure that our partners also manage appropriate measures for the processing of personal data that may reach them within the framework of our contractual relationships.

Your rights

The right to restrict the processing of your data, which means that in certain cases, you can ask us to temporarily suspend the processing of your data or to store it for a longer period than is necessary for when you may need it.

Right to object to the processing of personal data, which means that even if there is a legitimate interest or contractual basis on which your personal data is processed, you have the right to object to the processing.

Right to object – you can object in particular to data processing that is based on our legitimate interest.

Right to data portability – you can receive, under certain conditions, the personal data you have provided to us, in a machine-readable format or request that the data be transmitted to another controller

Right to lodge a complaint – you can lodge a complaint about the way in which your personal data is processed with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). Right to withdraw consent – in cases where the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of consent will only have effects for the future, the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal remaining valid.

The right not to be subject to automated decisions or additional profiling related to automated decisions: you can request and obtain human intervention regarding the respective processing or you can express your own point of view regarding this type of processing.
